At a glance

The 2020 Transition PATROL ALLOY NX is an Enduro Aluminium / Alloy mountain bike. It comes in a range of sizes, including XS, SM, MD, LG, XL, has RockShox suspension and a SRAM drivetrain. The bike is part of Transition's PATROL range of mountain bikes.

The all new Patrol Alloy NX has been fully upgraded with better suspension and more powerful brakes while keeping an affordable price. The RockShox Super Deluxe Coil R rear shock has the same great feel as the top of the line models but with less external adjustments. The RockShox Lyrik Select fork features the tried and true Charger damper and low-speed compression adjustment to fine town the feel of the fork for any trail. Powerful brakes aren’t a common site at this price, but we spec our favorite 4-piston Code R brakes with 200mm front rotor and 180mm rear rotor to give you plenty of power and total control on even the longest descents. The drivetrain is a complete SRAM NX Eagle group with 10-50 tooth gear range that makes steep uphills a snap.

Top of the line Maxxis Minion 3C tires are mounted to the burly new Stan’s Flow D Rims. The RaceFace Aeffect dropper post offers up to 170mm of drop with an ergonomic shifter style 1x remote. We are now including tubeless valves and 6ozs of Stan’s Sealant for easy tubeless setup from the start.
