I got my local sports store to order me a new 2023 Norco VLT 1. I had the older model with the battery that couldn’t be removed. Since my garage is not heated i wanted the option to remove the battery. Turns out the design of this new bike is terrible and user unfriendly to remove the battery. The bike also quit on my first ride and my sports store had to order in equipment to update the firmware. If i had seen the bike before ordering I wouldn’t have made the purchase.
