Bought the 2022 El Kahuna SUV. 1st ride the assist quit. I turned off the battery and waited for 60 seconds but it did not come back. Had to go manual to get home. Took bike back to shop and said don’t trust it. Want a refund. Shop owner said Kona told him it needed a software upgrade. If I returned the bike I would need to pay a 20% restocking fee. Crazy! The bike was delivered to the shop from Kona with a problem with the software.
