  1. I just bought a used Diamond Back Recoil 29 that has the stock drivetrain. I have a Shimano Deore 10 speed drivetrain with a single front chainwheel crankset. The bike shop employee said that the rear derailleur wouldn’t fit. What kind of drivetrain do I need if I want to upgrade? Thanks!

  2. This will fit as you only have 10speed cassette. Upgrade your crankset to single chainring and you are good to go
